Yoga for Stress & Anxiety Workshop 2-4pm

Stress is something that we all have in our lives and this can lead to health issues such as anxiety, depression and physical illnesses. 

In this fun and inspiring Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Workshop you’ll learn:

  • Therapeutic breathing techniques

  • Yin Yoga poses to decrease your sympathetic nervous system response (fight/flight response)

  • iRest Yoga Nidra meditation - this supremely relaxing meditation experience is a sleeping meditation where you’ll get super comfy and warm and I’ll lead you through a process of self enquiry which helps to release anxiety and stress while the body is in a state of deep relaxation.

These evidence-based techniques are suitable for all levels of yogi (even if you’ve never tried yoga before - for real!).

Why not grab a girlfriend and have lunch on Racecourse Rd and then stroll on down to SoHo Yoga (where my Wellness Clinic is located) for this relaxing and insightful workshop.

This 2 hour workshop includes all props so you don’t even need to bring a yoga mat if you don’t want to.

It's going to be a supremely relaxing experience and it’s a beautiful way to spend a Wintery Sunday afternoon.
