I'm so glad you're here because we need to talk about the way you're feeling right now.
I'm guessing that although maybe you're not sick, it's been a while since you felt really healthy and bouncing with energy. Am I right? Perhaps you're feeling tired all the time, or you're overwhelmed by everything you have to do in your life. You don't have time to think about healthy eating and exercise and so this cycle perpetuates with you putting everyone else first and yourself last. Perhaps you have niggling little health issues that bother you but you just keep pushing through. Maybe you look in the mirror at your skin and wonder when you lost that youthful glow?

I know what it's like to have a full on career and have no idea how to eat for good health, and to be honest, I didn't really care. After years of travelling for business, living on aeroplane food and room service for the majority of my working weeks, something started to give.
I ended up unable to get out of bed for 2 weeks with a really bad case of the flu…in February (not even flu season!).
When this happened it gave me unexpected time and space to think about how I was living my life…or actually, how life was living me, and I'd completely lost my perspective on this as my life was so busy.
During this 2 week period, I made some life decisions.
I decided that I needed to take back control of my health and wellbeing, because no-one else was going to do it for me.
Sooooo long story short, I turned my life around and became a qualified Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopath and Yoga & Meditation Instructor.
I now know what to do for myself AND how to help others, like you.
